| A Cause Worth Fighting For |

Compensation is a quality issue. Low pay leads to high turnover, which creates instability for students. That’s why NEA is cranking up the volume on the issue of salaries by calling for a minimum starting salary of at least $40,000 for all teachers, a living wage for all ESPs, and higher compensation for higher education faculty and staff. Tell elected leaders that you deserve professional pay! |
