Creating Great Public Schools
Through Minority Community Outreach
NEA is committed to its work to reach out to ethnic minority organizations and leaders. We believe that to achieve Great Public Schools for every student we must engage the ethnic minority community. We need their ideas and support to succeed. The focus of MCO’s work is to increase the positive image and support of NEA by ethnic minority opinion leaders and sustain the support among the general ethnic minority public. MCO is focused on strategic outreach to four key ethnic minority constituencies:
